Britt Chudleigh
is a licensed REALTOR®, Certified Negotiation Expert, and lifelong creative with a unique gift for weaving people, places, and possibilities into stories that matter.
Raised in Park City and now living in Salt Lake City, Britt specializes in residential and resort real estate across Utah’s mountains, lakes, valleys, and historic neighborhoods. She brings a background in architecture, design, and two decades as a professional photographer to her work—seeing not just properties, but the lives, communities, and futures they hold.
Britt’s path to real estate was anything but linear: she has been a draftsman, interior design assistant, banker, artist, band member, boutique founder, and global photographer. Each chapter taught her to listen deeply, translate abstract ideas into tangible results, and guide groups of people toward a shared vision. Today, she uses those same skills to help clients find not only the right property, but also a stronger sense of home, belonging, and possibility.
At the heart of Britt’s work is Milieu—her evolving project exploring how environments shape us and how stories of space become stories of self. Whether she’s negotiating on behalf of clients, photographing an editorial, or interviewing a local maker, Britt believes real estate is more than transactions: it’s about resonance, authenticity, and building lives that feel like home.
